I canā€™t reccomend you a specific glue for your project with 100% confidence because itā€™s not in front of me and each product is different. I did put a link in my bio from who developed an amazing, in depth interactive glue guide to help pair you with the right one. āœØPLEASE REFER TO THIS IF YOU NEED HELP WITH WHAT GLUE TO USEā€¼ļøāœØ
It can be trial and error.

For whatever reason many art niches it is normalized to wear PPE . I think in the rhinestone world, we are behind on this.

STOP USING THIS GLUEšŸ˜µā€šŸ’«

with the ever trending bedazzling Kits- itā€™s important to know what youā€™re using!! Many decades long rhinestone pros will back me up on this opinion as well! This is controversial because I know people love this adhesive. Quick drying, precision tip, cheap? Sounds good right? Take a closer lookšŸ™ˆ

Beginner Alternatives: Gemtac or Liquid Fusion .

b7000 has too many flaws and too many risks to be considered quality. It will yellow /discolor over time. Definitely donā€™t put this on any food or drink utensils (tumblers). It became the standard in many rhinestone kits because itā€™s cheap to produce.

Unfortunately the really sturdy adhesives do usually have at least one hazardous substance in them. But theyā€™re usually pretty good quality. I recommend powertac from or multigrab 360 (these would require PPE but they donā€™t have carcinogens in them like e6000 does!)

Iā€™m tired of this grandpa šŸ˜… ok but ONLY because itā€™s hot and humid. If I had AC in my garage Iā€™d be fine but Iā€™m almost done so no point in putting AC in my garage now lol.
Finished up parts of the roof this week including the right roof trim, the back trunk area. I started to move to the front hoping that I could just do a few hours of scattered stones and Iā€™d be doneā€¦.
Nope. 45 minutes later it looked so bad. I definitely have no choice but to fill in that area . Iā€™ll bring it up to the beginning of the sunroof then Iā€™ll do an ombre pattern blend out from there.

šŸ¤©EEK! BEDAZZLED RHINESTONE TIRE RIMS
Many of you brought up an interesting pointā€¦Thereā€™s no pink on my car! So why add pink? I canā€™t help myself I have a hard time not adding pops of color ahh. So are we stopping at silver or going in for that extra pink outline??? šŸ‘€šŸ’•
Iā€™ll be using beautiful 16 facet cut stones from for whichever color I go with.

I used cheap transparent wrap over the rims to do a demo with black and pink stones. Both looked terrible because of size and placement. they were definitely in the wrong area! So if I do pink it will go on the inside of the heart.

For everyone upset that itā€™s not black- perhaps in 6 months weā€™ll do a black set of rims?šŸ˜ battle of the heart rims šŸ¤£

This coming week: continue to work on the roof and tire rims! Next week the entire car body should be done šŸ˜ I do have a couple more last minute editions Iā€™m trying to work out the details šŸ™
