A little reminder that it’s okay to love Nursing and still make room for the passions that light you up. 💕🌸

When I’m not in my scrubs, I’m posting, talking to clients, convincing them they need just one more orchid 😄🌺, packing, shipping, and making deliveries.

Nursing fulfills my calling, and orchids feed another part of my soul. 💚

Tired? Definitely.
Busy? Always.
But grateful? Even more. 🙏🌸

Life is too short to have only one passion. Keep doing what you love and make room for the things that make you feel alive. 💕

✈️ From the cockpit to compassionate care- what an inspiring journey! 🇵🇭🇺🇸🩺

One of our amazing Filipina nurse volunteers joining the Philippine Nurses Association of Miami and Southeast Florida Inc (PNAMSEF) at the Summerfest at Mounts Botanical Garden this weekend has a truly inspiring story. She once soared through the skies as an AirAsia domestic and international pilot and is now proudly serving as Khristine Vedeo, a US Registered Nurse.

Two very different careers, yet both carry the same heart of service, responsibility, courage, and compassion. ❤️

A beautiful reminder that it is never too late to change direction, pursue another dream, and answer a new calling. Sometimes life gives us more than one purpose-and we can soar in every chapter. ✈️🩺🌿

So proud to have dedicated Filipina nurses like her volunteering and giving back to our community. 🇵🇭💙

Ylang-ylang (Cananga odorata) is a tropical flowering tree famous for its intensely sweet, exotic fragrance. 🌿🌼 It is native to tropical Asia and is especially associated with the Philippines, where it is commonly called ilang-ilang.

Its greenish-yellow flowers become very fragrant as they mature. The flowers are used to produce ylang-ylang essential oil, a prized ingredient in perfumes, aromatherapy products, soaps, and cosmetics.

In South Florida’s warm climate, it can grow into a beautiful tropical tree and is especially nice near patios or gardens where you can enjoy the fragrance.
