For Post 2, I’d shift away from “celebrating the award” and start translating the award into value for a potential client. The carousel does the educating; the caption should position you as the expert behind that value.
🏆 What does “Interior Designer of the Year” really mean?
For me, this recognition goes far beyond creating beautiful spaces.
It represents a way of thinking about design—where creativity, functionality, technical expertise and business objectives come together.
Because when a developer brings us into a project, they are not simply hiring us to select finishes or furniture.
They are trusting us to make thousands of decisions that can influence:
• How people experience the property
• How effectively spaces function
• How materials perform over time
• How design intent translates into construction
• How the project differentiates itself in the market
• And ultimately, how design contributes to the value of the asset
Being recognized as 2026 Interior Designer of the Year by IIDA South Florida reinforces the responsibility behind every project we take on.
At Aida Lora Design Studio, our goal is not just to make a space look exceptional.
We design with purpose.
We coordinate with intention.
We think about the investment behind the design.
And we believe the strongest projects happen when interior design is brought into the conversation early—working alongside developers, architects and the entire project team.
If you’re planning a multifamily, hospitality, commercial or mixed-use development, I would love to hear what you’re working on.
Sometimes a great project starts with one conversation.
