Being present on site throughout the author’s supervision process allowed us to carefully guide the project from concept to final ex*****on. Every architectural and interior decision was followed through with precision, ensuring that the original vision, spatial logic, and design integrity remained fully preserved.

Set along the Mediterranean coastline in Estepona, Spain, Tyrian Residences brings together 40 bespoke beachfront homes shaped by clarity, proportion, and a strong architectural identity. Stillness 🌪️ A residence shaped by restraint, depth, and quiet sophistication. Panoramic city views become part of the interior rhythm, opening the space while preserving a sense of privacy and calm. Dark wood, natural stone, and subtle metallic accents form a refined material palette with a distinctly architectural character.

Elegant Resort 🌀 The pier serves as the ceremonial arrival sequence of Elegant Resort, creating a gradual transition from the open ocean into the secluded world of the island. Designed as a lightweight architectural gesture above the water, it frames uninterrupted views of the Maldives while establishing a strong first impression for every guest. Natural materials, soft landscaping, and carefully choreographed perspectives transform the journey from transfer vessel to resort into an immersive experience.

The entry point acts as both a functional transportation hub and a symbolic threshold, connecting the resort’s contemporary architecture with its pristine surroundings. From the very first steps, guests are introduced to the project’s core philosophy: seamless integration between luxury, nature, and a sense of discovery.

Yumenomori 📖 For us, presentation is part of architecture itself. It is where the project takes on a different form — distilled, edited, and experienced again, beyond its physical presence.

Alongside construction and photography, we develop project books for each completed work — a way to preserve its atmosphere, concept, and precision in a tangible form.

For Yumenomori in Japan, this idea became especially important. A dedicated project book was created to hold its narrative, carefully composed and gifted to the client — as a continuation of the space, carried into time.

L’ETO Restaurant by Yodezeen 💚 A Realized Vision of Contemporary Dining

YODEZEEN has completed the realization of .official in Abu Dhabi — a 827.6 sqm interior transformation within a fully operating retail environment, complemented by a 393.8 sqm terrace designed as an extension of the dining experience.

The concept brings together fluid architectural gestures, natural textures, and a layered spatial composition with a bar, open kitchen, DJ station, and varied seating zones, creating a contemporary dining atmosphere that blends interior and outdoor experience into one continuous flow.
