Recognized as one of Russia’s most prestigious and influential publications dedicated to high-end architecture, interiors, and design, SALON-interior holds a significant presence across the Eurasian and international design landscape.

The editorial explores the residence’s dialogue with Miami, bringing together Brazilian warmth, European refinement, and subtle references to the city’s Art Deco heritage. Bespoke forms, richly tactile materials, and a palette inspired by the surrounding sea and tropical landscape shape a contemporary expression of coastal living.

The most successful interiors rarely rely on a single statement—they are built through hundreds of carefully resolved details.

Throughout the living room, custom millwork was designed to quietly shape the experience rather than compete for attention. Hidden doors, floating shelves, integrated storage, nature-inspired textures, subtle Art Deco references, and layered indirect lighting were carefully composed into a single architectural language where every reveal, proportion, and material transition contributes to a sense of visual calm.

Rather than adding complexity, each detail was refined to remove it. The result is an environment where craftsmanship is felt more than it is seen, allowing architecture, furnishings, art, and natural light to exist in perfect balance.

A living space shaped by flow, light, and connection.

In the living room, the full design language of PS Apartment comes together through soft transitions, organic geometry, and a carefully composed material palette that reflects an ongoing dialogue between nature and architecture. Conceived as the heart of the home, the space connects architecture, interiors, and the surrounding landscape into one continuous experience.

A custom-designed rug anchors the composition while echoing the curved forms found throughout the residence. Sculptural furnishings, layered textures, and views of Biscayne Bay establish a calm and inviting atmosphere, allowing every element to feel intentionally connected rather than individually celebrated.

A room designed for guests should feel welcoming, serene, and deeply considered.

Here, a soft palette of warm neutrals allows natural light and panoramic views to become part of the design itself, while subtle botanical textures, gentle curves, and carefully layered lighting create a quiet sense of warmth and ease.

Every element was thoughtfully considered to ensure the room feels welcoming without competing for attention. The result is a space that invites guests to slow down, unwind, and wake up connected to both the home and its surroundings.

Some spaces are designed to leave a lasting impression from the moment you step inside.

Rather than treating the powder room as simply a functional space, we approached it as a jewel box—an opportunity to create a memorable experience through materiality, lighting, and carefully considered details. The silk wallcovering becomes the focal point, while concealed lighting integrated into the floating vanity softly illuminates the space from the base upward, creating a warm, ambient glow reminiscent of a fireplace at dusk.

Brushed gold finishes, warm wood tones, richly textured silk, and a vanity sculpted from Barbados marble work together to create a layered palette that feels intimate, inviting, and quietly luxurious. Every element was intentionally composed to evoke warmth, comfort, and a sense of discovery within one of the home’s most unexpected spaces.

We are honored to share that PS Apartment has been featured in Florida Design Magazine’s Summer 2026 Miami Issue.

Located at Five Park Miami Beach, the residence was conceived as a refined retreat that balances Brazilian warmth with the sophistication of modern coastal living. Inspired by subtle Art Deco influences and the natural beauty of its surroundings, the project combines soft curves, bespoke elements, carefully curated materials, and panoramic views of Biscayne Bay to create a serene and highly personalized living environment.

Thoughtfully tailored by architects and designers Nicholas Gennari and Roberto Racy, the residence reflects Nar Design Studio’s commitment to creating spaces that are deeply connected to both their setting and the lifestyle of their owners.

Inside and outside were never meant to be separate here. The back of CS Residence opens completely to the pool, and the living spaces slide away until the terrace and the water feel like one space.

In La Gorce, Miami Beach, the pool sits just steps from the house, finished in small green mosaic tiles that catch the late light. The same travertine flows from inside out to the deck, so the floor carries straight past the glass and toward the water. Outdoor loungers line the pool, wrapped by palms and dense planting on every side. Past the lawn, the pool’s edge drops away toward the canal — the last step in a slow move from inside, to garden, to bay.

A sculptural bronze canopy over the entry. Silver travertine warmed by late afternoon light. At CS Residence, the approach is part of the architecture — not a prelude to it.

The entrance to CS Residence, a new waterfront home in La Gorce, Miami Beach. The architecture reads as a single low horizontal volume, its flat roof articulated across three heights and wrapped in a curved bronze fascia that folds over the entry like a canopy. Walls of silver travertine, softened at the edges, carry the warmth of the stone into the landscape.

The approach was designed as a slow reveal. A path of stone and planted steps winds through layered tropical gardens — palms, cycads, and trailing greenery set in bronze planters. The walk from street to entrance unfolds gradually, framed by green on every side. By the time you reach the door, the house has already drawn you in.

A ceiling that glows like light through a forest canopy. A full-height bookshelf in travertine and metal. The living room at CS Residence holds you within the landscape.

The living room sits at the center of CS Residence, a waterfront home in La Gorce, Miami Beach. Overhead, a circular back-illuminated ceiling feature, with a custom botanical print on a stretched membrane, casts the diffused glow of a forest glade across the room. A full-height bookshelf in travertine and bronzed metal, with back-lit niches and rounded edges, runs the length of the wall, reading as part library, part landscape.

The Minotti Bézier sofa by Studio MK27 brings the room’s language of organic curves into the seating. Poliform Owen lounge chairs in terracotta leather sit on dark-stained frames, and a pair of Sampei floor lamps by Davide Groppii — slender as fishing rods — hold the space with the lightest possible presence. Floor and walls carry the same travertine for continuity; the wood-finished ceiling warms it.

CS Residence is a 5,210 sq ft turnkey waterfront home in La Gorce, Miami Beach, fully designed by Nar Design Studio across architecture, interiors, landscape, and full FF&E.
