We are open for 2 pop up markets per year. A spring and a fall market in our barn. We strive to gather and make one-of-a-kind items for your home. We carry an array of vintage and new home decor and furniture. I'm inspired by pieces that are worn with love. We hope to be a place where you can find your own inspiration. When you’re bored with breakfast, try a tostada! 🍳🌮 This comes in at 480 calories, 33 grams of protein and 10 grams of fiber for two tostadas! Hit save for this one!
Layer:
Tostada, refried black beans, Cotija cheese, scrambled eggs, siracha and cilantro.

Egg recipe:
2 eggs
1/4 cup egg whites
50 grams nonfat Greek yogurt
*Whisk well and cook low

8 quesadillas at once? Yes please! 🙋🏻‍♀️
This is a favorite around here! Quick, easy and it has 33 grams of protein and 18 grams of fiber per serving! Save this reel for the recipe and leave me your questions! Are you going to make this one?🫶🏻

8 burrito size tortillas (I use gluten free)
8 oz shredded cheese (I use full fat & shred myself)
1 can pinto beans, rinsed
1 can black beans, rinsed
1 lb. chopped cooked chicken (I love to use the Costco chargrilled chipotle chicken)
Cilantro
Desired toppings

*Lay out 7 of the tortillas onto a large sheet pan with half laying over the edges. Be sure they overlap to cover the full pan. Two on each side, one on each end and the last one in the middle.
Add your fillings: I put 1/2 the cheese down then beans, chicken, the other 1/2 of the cheese and cilantro. Place your 8th tortilla in the middle and fold up the sides and then the ends. Spray with avocado oil. Smash down with another sheet pan to make it flat. Leave sheet pan on top and bake at 425° for 10 minutes. Take top sheet pan off and bake for another 15 minutes. Cut into 8 pieces. Add desired toppings. Reheat leftovers in an airfryer or on stovetop to keep crispy.
