Recent staging project before + after ✨

This room had so much potential to immediately set the tone for the home the moment you walk through the front door.

Freshly painted walls, beautiful natural light, timeless hardwood floors, and a unique built-in shelving wall with accent lighting created the perfect blank canvas for staging.

As always, thoughtful furniture placement and styling helped transform the space into a warm, inviting, and functional room—allowing buyers to truly connect with the home from the very first impression.

So grateful for all the help from my interns✨

Long staging days, design center visits, installations, organizing, unpacking, styling… they’ve been there for all of it with such positive energy and great attitudes every step of the way.

Hardworking, reliable, eager to learn, and always bringing good vibes to the day. Having an extra set of hands is amazing, but having people around who genuinely enjoy the process makes all the difference.

Love sharing the creative side of this industry and giving them hands-on experience behind the scenes of staging and interior design projects. So appreciative of all their help and company this season 🤍

Transforming this under-deck outdoor space into a true New England backyard oasis was such a fun project ✨

Designed for both everyday living and entertaining, the space now includes a comfortable seating + TV area, a cozy firepit gathering space, and a large dining table with a functional buffet table.

We paired modern outdoor furniture from Pottery Barn with more budget-friendly accent pieces from Amazon, Wayfair, and HomeGoods to create a high-end, luxury hotel feel while keeping the project cost-conscious.

The waterproof ceiling and multiple ceiling fans keep the space comfortable and help deter mosquitos, while the cohesive modern design plan and thoughtfully selected accessories create the sophisticated outdoor retreat the homeowners envisioned.

Connected to the gorgeous pool and backyard, this space truly feels like a private getaway designed to be enjoyed every single day.

Creating spaces like this that completely transform how a home is lived in is the reason I love this job so much!

Always love a project that brings me into Boston ✨

Had so much fun staging this Beacon Hill condo and creating a space that feels elegant, inviting, and instantly livable. An empty space simply can’t create the warmth and connection that a thoughtfully staged home can.

Never underestimate the power of balanced seating, layered textures, greenery, and especially lighting to completely transform the feel of a space. Every detail is intentionally selected to help buyers emotionally connect the moment they walk in.

The goal is always to help buyers envision not just the space—but the lifestyle.

Beacon Hill charm paired with modern styling will always be a favorite combination.

Multiple, over asking offers at the first open house✨

Staging puts you in control of that critical first impression—and in today’s market, a strong first impression can translate into quicker, more competitive offers. It’s not a cost; it’s a strategic advantage.

Staging goes beyond simply making a home beautiful —it’s about shaping an experience buyers can immediately connect with. It draws attention to the home’s strongest features, reduces visual distractions, and creates a sense of balance through thoughtful flow, proportion, and function.

Above all, it helps your listing stand out and capture attention in a competitive market.

When it all comes together, the impact is undeniable—and I love partnering with realtors to make it happen.

Proof that small design changes can completely transform an office—progress so far ✨
Swapping out the standard table for a more elevated statement piece instantly changed the feel of the space. The fluted wood pedestal base paired with a marble-look top brings in a level of sophistication that sets the tone for the entire room.
We also added a coordinating fluted wood cabinet beneath the TV—both functional and refined—creating the perfect opportunity to layer in styling pieces that add warmth, character, and a polished finish.
It’s all about thoughtful upgrades that make a space feel intentional and elevated.
More to come… stay tuned 👀

Sneak peek of one of my favorite ongoing projects✨

This space is already coming to life with a few key pieces-loving the new chandelier (Pottery Barn Mallory Crystal chandelier) dining chairs (Arhaus Kirsten dining chair) and how the rug, artwork, lighting, and greenery are starting to elevate the entire feel.

It’s amazing what a few intentional design choices can do to transform a space.

More to come soon.
