Introducing Elliott Stradling and Ethan Hoffman, who were selected for the 2026 Fred Foster Student Mentorship Program.

Elliott is currently studying Theatre Technology at Guildhall School of Music and Drama, where he is in his second year. Ethan is a recent alumnus of the University of Michigan, where he earned a BFA in Theatre Design & Production with a concentration in lighting design.

On the blog! Lighting Designer Jacques Rouveyrollis brought rich color, depth, and precision lighting to Renaud’s 50th anniversary concerts in Paris. Using ETC’s GigaPix and Halcyon Titanium fixtures, he was able to create dynamic lighting effects for Renaud and his guest performers over the course of three unforgettable shows. ETC is thrilled to have Bailey Piontkowski and Brittany A. Chato join us for the 2026 Fred Foster Student Mentorship Program!

Bailey is entering her final year of undergraduate studies at the University of Evansville, where she's earning a degree in Theatre Design and Technology with an emphasis in lighting design. Brittany is a third-year MFA Lighting Design candidate at Carnegie Mellon University. Additionally, she has worked as a Lighting Design Fellow with Chautauqua Theater Company and Cincinnati Opera.
