What started as a three-summer project with the dream of hosting my grandfather’s 93rd birthday—surrounded by family and friends—turned into something deeper. He passed before I could complete it, and honestly, I lost the motivation to continue.

But something about this weekend… it spoke to me. And I finished it.

Sunday morning wake up: The old and the new! I’ve spent a few years making my coffee with My pour over coffee maker by From target (pictured right). I recently upgraded to this cute mini (left) in the most adorable shade of green. Still able to make a great and I must say most delicious cup of coffee either way !

Basement Reno update!!! Everything is starting to come together. All the late nights,countless hours, nights without sleep And it’s all finally starting to come together. Can’t wait to be done and do a video walk though for you all!
