🐾 MEET BEAU! 🐾

Janelle and her family have a new addition to the family, and for the next few weeks He’ll be tagging along with Janelle while he settles into his new home and routine.

We’re already pretty smitten with this little guy! And we’re pretty sure he’ll be stealing plenty of hearts (and puppy cuddles) along the way!

Welcome to the DBK family, Beau! 🐾

Before the demo begins, the design comes first.

Through thoughtful space planning, carefully curated materials, and a detailed rendering, we’re able to visualize the possibilities before construction even begins.

Two Designers. Two Picks. Both Cambria countertops. 🤍

When it comes to choosing a countertop, the options can feel endless. So we asked our designers to share one of their current favorites from Cambria.

✨ Janelle’s Pick: Wyncrest™
Ivory and alabaster tones create a soft, low-contrast background, layered with subtle cascading champagne-colored veining. Sophisticated, warm, and beautifully dimensional.

✨ Morgan’s Pick: Quintessa™
A new color from Cambria, Quintessa™ features a creamy white background with soothing sable-colored veins that flow organically across the surface. Soft, timeless, and effortlessly elegant.

Both bring beautiful movement and character to a space.

Which one would you choose for your next project?

From a floor plan to framing day… this space is officially taking shape.

This sunroom is a great example of how thoughtful planning can make all the difference.

Before construction began, we worked with our client on the floor plan, helping determine the window placement and sizes to make sure the finished space would feel just right.

We also helped connect them with the right contractor to bring the vision to life.

And the best part? This is only the beginning! We’re working on several spaces throughout this home, and we can’t wait to share more as each one comes together.

One room. So many decisions. ✨

Cabinetry. Countertops. Backsplash. Tile. Flooring. Hardware. Plumbing. Lighting. Paint. And all the little details in between.

Creating a beautiful space isn’t just about choosing finishes you love—it’s about making sure every selection works together, both visually and functionally.

That’s where we come in. 🤍

It’s hard to believe we’ve been calling this place home for 5 years.

When we first walked through these doors, it looked very different from the space you see today. We had a blank canvas, a vision, and a lot of dreaming about what this space could become.

Over the years, we’ve watched it evolve right alongside our business.

It has become a place where ideas come to life, where plans are made, where materials are chosen, and where we get to help our clients create homes they truly love.

We’re incredibly grateful for everyone who has walked through our doors, worked alongside us, referred a friend, supported our small business, or simply followed along.

Here’s to five years in our home and to all the beautiful spaces still to come.

From ideas to a plan you can see.

One of our favorite parts of the design process is sitting down with our clients and bringing their vision to life right on the big screen.

Seeing the layout, finishes, and details come together helps our clients envision how their space will look and function before the project ever begins.

Ready to see what’s possible for your space? Let’s start designing!
