We will then determine the value as well as local demand for the specific item(s). The potential clients is then contacted and is provided a contract to be signed.

We've received a lot of questions regarding how we conduct estate sales, specifically those who have never attended one conducted by Treasures On Townsend- Estate Sales & Consignment Shop for the home in the past.

As the sale this weekend on Valley Drive starts at 8am both days, we will have a sign up sheet posted outside. As you arrive at the sale property, we ask that you add your name (and any other adults with you) to the list. You will be required to be present 15 minutes before we open to assure that you are allowed in to the home in order. At 8am, we will begin allowing those on the list into the home- in a staggered order (e.g. 5-10 or so in at a time) to prevent congestion/stress.

When you find item(s) that you want to purchase, you carry them to check out, if possible. If the item(s) you plan on purchasing is large, we ask that you remove the tag and inform one of our lovely staff members- so it can be marked SOLD.

We accept bids on items originally marked $40 and more. Bids must be at least 60% of the asking price. You will be required to fill out a Bid Form (obtained at checkout) and be reachable at the end of the day when the 'winners' will be called on items they purchased. All items purchased on bid must be picked up by 11am Saturday morning. (unless other arrangements are made).

Forms of payment accepted: CASH & good local check.
