Late update on the Ghost Pepper Cherry Bourbon glaze, but it turned out great! Great on a Charcuterie Board, especially with the cheeses and salami. But where it really blew me away was on the ribs I made yesterday.

Have a few tweaks to make on the "new" smoker, but it still made a nice juicy brisket.
