Dear Crafty Friends,
It’s Time for me to get honest…. I’ve been stalling for a while but can’t hold off any longer. This page is changing. It will be updated only occasionally, probably via instagram posts. I won’t be selling Stampin’ Up! products anymore. The products are still great. I will continue to use them and buy their scrapbooking kits for my personal use. I just don’t have the spoons to try to keep juggling my life to run this business.
Crafting is my stress release and I just can’t try to create content and hold classes when it isn’t serving my greatest good. Heck… I don’t even have time for my own creative release right now, let alone helping someone else’s. I may host an occasional class for local friends to destash or for fun but I need to get back to what I started this for: releasing stress. Creativity for the sake of what moves me, and not worrying about what products I did or didn’t include in the process.
A series of events started in February that have prevented me from having time to dedicate to my crafting… and have impacted me enough financially and mentally….. ( a really bad car accident in March that I still am dealing with and laptop issues that caused me to lose years of work & class handouts) that I just need to focus on basics and balance.
If you still want to check out when I do create new layouts or my crazy Halloween decoration creations each year by all means stick around. If you’re here because you want to stay on top of the newest Stampin’ Up! Products please follow StampsNWhatnot. Jeanette is the best and is who got me started on this crazy Stampin Up! Journey over a decade ago.
If you took a class from me at Mardi Gras creative crops, I haven’t forgotten you all. The ones I was going to send you got destroyed in the laptop death. I’m almost done recreating the original handouts as well as some bonus ones as a way of my apology for the delay, but I’ve had to deal with a lot of surprises at work and this car mess had to take priority first, not to mention the end of the school year chaos. Please know this is not how I like to run business and is precisely why I’m hanging up my apron.
I need a few weeks to wrap my head fully around this as there is a bunch of inventory I will probably sell off off, just not quite sure the best way to do it yet. I’ll be in touch. To all of you who have supported my efforts over the years, thank you so much for being part of this journey.
