The tiniest but mightiest room in the house got a much needed renovation over the past year! 💚
Lots of small but really important changes were made to include removing the old water heater and installing a new one in our crawl space. Once it was gone we ripped up old linoleum flooring, installed new sub-flooring, removed cabinets that weren’t functional, installed vertical shiplap, flooring, cabinets & trim! We also removed the standard door and installed a pocket door which gained us so much space.
The cabinets are off-the-shelf from Lowe’s that we added lots of trim to in order to give them a custom look. Final step was a gorgeous green paint!
I designed the space to have as much storage as possible. Behind the upper cabinet doors are typical laundry supplies and the tall cabinet holds our vacuums, swiffer and mop. And a shelf for our dog Dolly’s essentials 🐾
I’m thrilled with how it turned out - and a big thanks to my hubby who brought every detail of my vision to life! 🫶🏼
