Lisman Studio Interior Design is looking for an Administrative Associate!

Must be available to work full time: Monday- Friday, 8am - 5pm.

Benefits include: Company paid health insurance, dental insurance available, holiday pay, up to 2 weeks paid vacation and a Simple IRA with company match program after 3 years of Employment.

Applicant must be organized and reliable, with great customer service. Must have proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. and experience with Quickbooks would be preferred, but not necessary, as long as they have strong computer skills.

Responsibilities include: Answering phones, accounting tasks, office maintenance/organization, errands, design resource library, vendor/client lists, etc.

Must have transportation with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
