My biggest labor of love yet. This project began as nothing more than a lot and a set of plans. From the very beginning I worked closely with the contractor and architect to shape the floor plan and overall architecture. Every space, every detail, from the smallest feature to the final finish, carries my hand and my heart.

This project taught me so much about design, about the building process, and about myself. It stretched me creatively and challenged me on the business side in ways I did not expect. I carried it alongside raising and homeschooling five children, welcoming a new baby, navigating Joe’s heart attack, losing my dad, and completing a full remodel of a 120 year old home. I stayed with it through every season. After three long years, it is finally complete and I couldn’t be more proud.
