🍫Choco-Mallow Cookies 🍫

2 sticks of butter, softened

1 1/4 cup light brown sugar

2 eggs

1 tablespoon vanilla

1 5.9oz box (Family Size) Instant Chocolate Pudding

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 tablespoon cornstarch

Pinch of salt

2 1/2 cup all purpose flour

3 cups Chocolate Chips of Choice

Marshmallows for topping (Optional)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.

Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in eggs and vanilla, mix until smooth.

Slowly add in dry pudding mix, baking soda, salt and cornstarch. Mix until evenly combined, scraping the sides of the bowl as necessary.

Add in flour, stirring until evenly incorporated.
Stir in chocolate chips.

Bake for 9-10 minutes until tops are set. Remove from oven and immediately top with mini marshmallows.

Allow to cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes before transferring.

🍑 Peach Crumb Bars🍑

Ingredients

Crust:

1 stick unsalted butter

2 cups All-Purpose Flour

½ cup granulated sugar

½ tsp baking powder

1 egg

Dash of salt

2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract



Peach Filling:

2 – 15oz cans of diced peaches drained

¼ cup all-purpose flour

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/3 cup granulated sugar


Streusel Topping:

1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour

1/3 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

1 stick unsalted butter


Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375F and line a 9x9 inch square pan with parchment paper.

Mix all of the ingredients for the crust until you can no longer see flour, it should be a dough consistency.

Press the dough evenly in the bottom of your lined pan. Poke holes all over crust with a fork.

Bake for 15 minutes, take out and let rest for 5 minutes before adding the filling.

While crust is in the oven, mix the ingredients for your peach filling.

After you put your filling onto the crust, mix the ingredients for your streusel topping.

Use hands to crumble streusel topping over the apple filling.

Bake for 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

After baking allow pan to cool for 10 minutes before removing bars. Let the bars rest an additional 20 minutes before serving.

Ingredients

Crust:

1 stick unsalted butter

2 cups All-Purpose Flour

½ cup granulated sugar

½ tsp baking powder

4 large Apples (I used Fuji Apples)

¼ cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp cinnamon

1tsp vanilla extract

¼ cup granulated sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

Cake Mix Brownies 🍰

15.25 Oz box of Chocolate Cake Mix
1/2 Vegetable Oil
2 Large Eggs
Splash of Vanilla Extract

Add all ingredients to a bowl, use a rubber spatula to mix until well combined.

Add batter to a greased 8x8 baking dish and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25-30 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week

🍌Banana Bread🍌

MAKES 1 LOAF

• 3 medium very ripe bananas, peeled
• 1/2 cup, unsalted or salted butter, melted
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 pinch salt
• 3/4 cup sugar (1/2 cup if you like it less sweet, 1 cup if you like it sweeter)
• 1 large egg, beaten
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and butter a 4x8-inch loaf pan.
2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth with a few chunks. Stir the melted butter into the mashed bananas.
3. Mix in the baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Add in the sugar, egg and vanilla.
4. Mix in the flour
5. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50 min to 60 min, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out dry.
6. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Remove banana bread from pan and let it cool completely before serving.
7. Once cooled banana bread should be kept well wrapped. Keep at room temp for 3 days or refrigerated for 5 to 7. You can also freeze it for up to 30 days.

🍑 Peach Cobbler 🍑

Fruit Mix:

• 4 ½ cups fresh, frozen, or canned peaches (drained)
• 1 cup packed brown sugar
• 1 ½ tbsp ground cinnamon
• 3 tbsp all-purpose flour

Batter:

• 2 sticks butter melted
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 cups brown sugar
• 4 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 ½ cups milk
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 tbsp cinnamon
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F

2. Mix peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour in a medium bowl. Pour peaches into an ungreased 9x13 inch cake pan.

3. In a large bowl Mix butter, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.

4. Pour batter over peach mixture and bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve warm with Vanilla Ice cream if desired. Store in refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Birthday Cake Blondies

15.25 oz. box of Vanilla Cake mix
1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Large Egg
1/3 Cup Milk
½ Cup Rainbow Sprinkles
Optional ½ cup white chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray an 8 x 8 inch baking dish with nonstick spray on sides and bottom.
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl with a rubber spatula. The batter will be very thick. Fold in sprinkles and baking chips.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the outside edges are golden in color, the middle should still be soft.
Remove from oven and cool in the pan for 20 minutes. Top blondies with your favorite glaze or frosting and ENJOY!

🥜 PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 🍪 Ingredients

1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 large egg beaten
2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a medium mixing bowl whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
In a different bowl cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until combined.
Mix in peanut butter then blend in egg and vanilla. Next, slowly add in flour mixture and mix just until combined.
Scoop dough out and shape into balls then place on baking sheets spacing them 2-inches apart.
Using a long pronged fork flatten cookies slightly then turn fork going opposite direction and flatten just slightly again to create a cross cross pattern
Bake cookies one sheet at a time, for about 10 minutes. The cookies will appear pale and slightly under-baked, but they'll continue to cook slightly as they cool!
Let cool on baking sheet 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
