Three years ago, we opened the doors to Hunter & Ellie’s with a dream, a lot of hope, and no way of knowing just how much this little store would become a part of our lives.
What started as a creative space has grown into so much more. Over the past three years, we've had the privilege of meeting incredible people, celebrating milestones with families, hosting classes, supporting local organizations, partnering with other small businesses, and watching friendships form around our tables.
One of the greatest blessings of this journey has been the amazing vendors we've met along the way. What began as business relationships quickly turned into genuine friendships. We have been honored to showcase their talents, support their dreams, and watch their businesses grow. Their creativity, hard work, and trust in us have helped make Hunter & Ellie’s what it is today, and we are so grateful to be a small part of their success stories.
Owning a small business isn't always easy. There have been long days, late nights, challenges, and moments of uncertainty. But there have also been countless moments of joy, laughter, creativity, and community that make every bit of it worthwhile.
We are so grateful for every customer who has walked through our doors, every person who has attended a class, every vendor who trusted us with their creations, and every member of this community who has supported us along the way. Your encouragement, kind words, and continued support have helped us grow into what we are today.
Being part of the Downtown Milan, Michigan community has been one of the greatest gifts of this journey. We've watched families create memories together, children discover their creativity, neighbors support neighbors, and fellow small business owners cheer each other on. That sense of community is something truly special and something we never take for granted.
As we celebrate three years, we aren't just celebrating a business anniversary—we're celebrating the relationships, friendships, memories, and community that have made it all possible.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being part of our story. Thank you for shopping small, creating with us, believing in us, and supporting not only our dream, but the dreams of so many local makers and entrepreneurs.
