A compact space, fully considered.

Watery tones, a textured fireplace, custom blue wave chairs, and an integrated murphy bed create a resort-style feel, while matched ceiling panels and a custom rug bring the ocean inside.

Tailored and compact, this bathroom was designed to feel like a luxury resort cruise ship.

Blue wall tile wraps the space in rich color and texture, while brass fittings add warmth and a nod to today's nautical aesthetic.

A study in texture and form.

Organic modern wall panels from Interlam create depth and dimension, while 's Big Wave Shell Wall Art reflects the home's connection to the ocean through texture and form. Inspired by the crashing waves of the ocean, the curving strings of nassa shells and larger shell fragments were designed to capture a sense of movement.

Thoughtful details that add warmth, movement, and personality to the space.

Step right outside to the beach from this calming first-floor guest retreat.

Soft shades of blue, woven textures, and sandy neutrals bring the beauty of the coast indoors, creating a serene space where family and friends can unwind and wake up just steps from the dunes.

One of the home’s many entertaining zones, this multifunctional den was designed to do it all. A custom millwork ceiling adds architectural interest, while the Murphy bed allows the space to comfortably host overnight guests.

A custom iron grid glass wall brings separation and privacy when needed, while still maintaining an open feel throughout the space. Pops of beautiful blue were intentionally layered throughout the room, bringing the colors of the ocean indoors.

What’s a beach house without bunk beds?

Designed for family and friends to gather, this playful, surf-inspired kids' room with bunk beds was created with weekends full of kids, laughter, and lasting memories in mind.

We always love having a little fun in a kids’ space, and the custom surfboard artwork by .susskind.art, renowned for her epoxy resin work, adds the perfect finishing touch.

A true architectural focal point.

The floating staircase pairs warm wood treads with glass railings to create a design that feels both light and impactful. The openness allows the eye to travel upward preserving the bright, airy feel of the home, while art by adds the perfect pop of color.

Functional, sculptural, and beautifully integrated.

A serene coastal primary bedroom retreat.

The ceiling design is simple, done in sheetrock, yet interesting enough to catch the eye. The integrated full wall headboard recalls a captain’s quarters on a cruise ship, adding a subtle nod to the home’s coastal setting.
