Spent the day running the Lone Star Grillz offset smoker with a whole roaster chicken and a rack of prime grade baby back ribs.

The best Salmon is incredibly easy. Use Wild caught Sockeye Salmon, Cook the day you buy, Salt heavily, don't skimp on the butter (It gives you that slight crunch), DO NOT COOK PAST 130 F. Enjoy
