August Inspiration
August always holds a special place in my heart.
As we round the corner on summer, there’s something about this month that makes me appreciate every last bit of it a little more. It’s the season of intentionally enjoying the ordinary. Choosing beach picnics over busy schedules, evening bike rides, sticky s’mores, and soaking in the longer golden nights.
There’s a love for August I can’t quite describe.
This August 4th, my husband and I celebrate 14 years together (and 7 years married). Our sweet baby boy turns one this month, and I have the incredible honor of officiating my brother’s wedding; another beautiful August celebration on the water.
Beyond all the August feels, we’re also prepping for a busy Fall behind the scenes. We’re making moves to get organized for a busy season of projects, starting with something that’s been long overdue: intentionally organizing our ever-growing swatch and sample collection.There’s truly nothing quite like that organization high.
