Listen- the world is hard enough, you don't have to take yourself so seriously all the time 😉

Good morning heathens!
Simple intuitive message this morning:

Sometimes rejection = redirection.
If a situation is just not working out- that doesn't mean you should keep trying to force it. Sometimes that is your higher power, spirit team, ancestors or all of the above trying to save your ass from ending up in a situation that will only cause you misery in the end☝️

Let that situation go so you can make room for what is really meant for you and your path🖤
That's it, thats the message😘

Free women's support group TONIGHT! Come sit for a spell and talk about everything from moon magic to the wheel of the year, mental health to marriage, motherhood and menopause. *This group is open to women from all walks of life, but there is a focus on magical/spiritual living. *

The holidays are quickly approaching and with it comes a lot of pressure. Pressure from families, pressure to buy gifts for children, to attend a million holiday get togethers and to do alllll the things. Or, on the flip side, the holidays might leave some with feelings of loneliness and isolation. Let's talk about it 🖤
You'll leave with a sheet of mantras for the season and we'll also practice a 5 minute progressive muscle relaxation technique to help the body calm down in times of stress. Hope to see you tonight!
