Working with existing yellow tile flooring presented a challenge. We had to ensure that the new vanity would fit within the footprint of the old one with minimal adjusting: we would not be able to match the tile if we needed any replacements.

Finding wallpaper that worked with the tile floor and tub surround while toning down the yellow was key to a successful refurbishment of this space. Now it’s fun and inviting and unique! Pro 📷 Ryan Hainey

After, Before, During the kitchen portion of this whole house renovation.
Galley kitchens can be a challenge to design, to not only utilize the space wisely but to ensure the visual appeal is there.

Texture is important when using a neutral palette to keep it from being boring. Having the same flooring flow throughout the home gives continuity to the space. Thanks to Denise Merbeth for collaborating with me on this!
