1)Toast dessert shell under the broiler until warm, browned and just starting to crisp. Use your discretion on timing and definitely do not start unloading the dishwasher- ask me how I know.

2) Add peaches of your choice, canned, thawed, from the truck or tree. I am especially pleased with and shamefully proud of my two peach harvest from the front yard tree. When they tell you to cut the flowers off the first few years while its establishing, trust them. It makes a difference.

3) Top with sour cream. Not whipped cream, sour cream. Marge insists. Shes not wrong. Enjoy.

4)Regret not having made two.
