If you’ve got ground venison in the freezer…
THIS is what you make.
Save this recipe 🦌🫶

Venison Burger Steaks & Gravy 🤎

• Sauté 1 sliced onion in 2 tbsp butter
• Patties: 1 lb venison + garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper, ½ packet au jus
• Brown patties with onions
• Sprinkle in 2–3 tbsp flour, stir
• Add 1½ cups water + 2 beef bouillon cubes + splash Worcestershire
• Simmer ~20 min until gravy thickens

Serve over rice 🤍

CHEESY PASTALAYA 🧀

• brown sliced sausage + chicken thighs
• add seasoning blend and cook down
• season with onion powder, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning
• add Worcestershire + minced garlic
• stir in Rotel + cream of chicken
• pour in chicken broth
• melt in Velveeta + cream cheese
• bring to a boil, add noodles, cook till tender
• top with green onions

So creamy, so good, feeds a crowd 😋
