A little peek into my design process 🤎

The goal for this space was to add pieces that feel right with the furniture they have now, but will also work beautifully when we transition into the furniture we’ve selected for the future.

Because you don’t have to do it all at once.

Still can’t believe this is our backyard… He knows the desires of our hearts, even the ones we don’t always say out loud. The peace I feel here is indescribable. So incredibly grateful. 🧡

From the very beginning, when we bought this home, I had this Magnolia tapestry picked out, and Jacob wanted an antler chandelier. 🤎 It’s so special seeing all the little details we dreamed about finally come together. We love it here so much…🥰

Pretty AND functional!

A little peek into a recent laundry + entry design! This space needed to work hard for this family, so every piece was chosen with a purpose—from a family calendar and mail baskets to a designated spot for keys + artwork that will conceal the breaker box.

I love getting to think through the little details that make a home not only beautiful, but work better for the people living in it. 🤍

Did you know I offer seasonal styling? 🍂🤎 I would love to help you bring a little extra warmth and coziness into your home this fall!

A little fall moodboard from the archives. I just love all the rich colors, natural textures, and cozy details that come with decorating for this season!

Learning to slow down and notice the beauty all around me. 🧡 Constantly in awe of God’s eye for design…I love seeing the way He mixes rich colors and textures together and using those same elements of nature when decorating my own home. Then I look out my window and see the golden sun hitting the lake, and I’m reminded that no one creates quite like Him.

And to think that WE are His workmanship… how much more thought and intention went into creating US. 🧡
