Venison Burger Steaks & Gravy 🤎
• Sauté 1 sliced onion in 2 tbsp butter
• Patties: 1 lb venison + garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper, ½ packet au jus
• Brown patties with onions
• Sprinkle in 2–3 tbsp flour, stir
• Add 1½ cups water + 2 beef bouillon cubes + splash Worcestershire
• Simmer ~20 min until gravy thickens
Serve over rice 🤍
