We recently sourced this absolutely adorable Youngland dress all the way from Florida, and we are obsessed with every little detail. Be sure to swipe to see the matching hat because it takes this sweet vintage look to the next level!

Five years ago, a seed was planted in my heart about these old church lights. Hear me out.

I bought a building in downtown historic Minden, Louisiana, which has now been renovated to Purvéy Minden, and I knew I wanted to hang these old church lights in the store.

I was sitting in church at First Methodist Minden on Easter. I noticed the lights hanging in the sanctuary. Don’t tell Jesus or my pastor.😆😉, but my design eye and mind began to wander about my new building and how perfect “church lights” would be in the space!

I got home from church, and searched “church lights” on Marketplace, and lo and behold….. the first return was the church lights from !!!!

You can’t make this up! I immediately reached out to the pastor and told him I wanted the lights. So I went up to Arkansas in 2025 with my mom, we picked up my sister, and drove up to Lonoke to pick up the lights from the seed planted in my heart five years ago.

There are 10 total and I don’t know what I was thinking that I could pick up all 10 in my little car! 🤪 But we squeezed in 4 and brought them back to Minden.

Over and over and over in my life, these divine “coincidences” happen. I’ve said numerous times that I cannot make up my story if I tried. It’s too “circumstantial.” But I keep leaning in to the nudges and charging forward and the greatest comeback story is being written.💥
