Yes we are open, yes we have medium boxes. Yes we are running behind on all emails, phone calls and orders. We had a death in the household and to top it off a cat to the emergency vet.
Yes, we are getting to your order asap. Yes, my husband took time off of work and is helping me get caught up!!
Yes, this is what happens to small businesses when you lay off all of your staff because orders dry up when everything closed for Covid. It has been just me and part-time remote help since covid. It has been a long 5 years. The death in the household was a cherry on top.
But yes, your order is important to us!! And we are getting to it as fast as humanly possible.
