1740 Tower, a new boutique condominium development, is coming to downtown Victoria, MN. The building will feature 10 luxury condos with commercial retail space occupying the ground floor. In partnership with Gonyea Custom Homes Design-Build, and Monarch Development, the DJR Architecture and Interior Design teams are thoughtfully designing the building exterior and inside common areas to become a new living destination in the heart of Victoria.

Taking inspiration from both historic and local precedents, brick will be one of the primary exterior materials, specifically along the pedestrian sphere around the building. Large storefront glass will allow for ample daylight into the commercial spaces and will feature the activity within as pedestrians walk by. A mix of Artisan Fiber Cement panels and stucco finish out the exterior materials, with wood paneling used at the balcony undersides and below the canopy to invite people in.

Residents will come home to an elegant and timeless lobby before arriving at their 2-bedroom condo. Each unit includes a deep, inset balcony, creating a blurred sense of indoor/outdoor living. The fourth floor features a clubroom and an expansive roof deck sporting sweeping views of Steiger Lake and the surrounding downtown area.

The project is to begin construction this summer, with an expected completion in 2027.

Sandhill Parkway Townhomes are now finished and welcoming residents into their tranquil new community!

Located in East Bethel, Minnesota, Sandhill Parkway is comprised of 199 new rentable units within 17 newly constructed townhome structures. There are 8 different building typologies throughout the development, offering a variety of unit options for new residents to choose from. At the heart of the development is a clubhouse building that offers amenities such as a conference room, club room, extensive fitness center, dog spa and a pool area complete with grill stations & an indoor/outdoor fireplace.

The townhome exterior design is done in a modern farmhouse aesthetic, with cultured stone, fiber cement siding, board and batten, and matching window trim. The black and white palette evokes an elevated and charming take on the farmhouse look for the East Bethel community.
