Small but mighty—this St. Paul home proves thoughtful design can transform the way you live.

A combined kitchen and dining space now works effortlessly for a passionate (and joyfully messy) cook, with the island serving as the true hub for prep, dining, and gathering.

A partial mudroom adds function at the back entry, while a tucked-away coffee bar creates a moment of everyday luxury.

Every inch was considered—maximizing space without sacrificing accessibility, so everything she loves is right at her fingertips.

P4D Rockstar Nicole Sirek, CID, ASID, NCIDQ, also took home an award from last week’s ASID Awards featuring this magical room which stores everything any one could ever need for entertaining!

A formerly dreary laundry room, Nicole and Lucy Pennfield transformed this room to a cheery, practical and oh so convenient entertainers dream!!! Voted first place in Residential Use of Color- we love how this room reflects the homeowners loves and passions so brilliantly!
