This custom foyer table, bench and dining table designed and built for a client is still one of my faves! Thinking it’s time to get back to making most things by hand again. I miss working out of a shop and the smell of saw dust, the sounds of machines running and the endless possibilities to create whatever you want because you have all of your tools in one place. Anybody else feeling this way? Time to get off the screens and get back to creating with our hands again?

Let there be light and fire. Fireplace wall transformation we started a month ago to try and surprise our daughter when she got home from college…I sent her Grandparents a text with these images right before she arrived saying “big surprise for Cassidy, we made some changes!” And of course I accidentally included Cassidy on the text as well! 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ to all my friends out there who know me…this is typical behavior I’m sure. Cover blown, total mom fail lol
