🌕This month's ceremony is celebrating YOU with a rejuvenating sacral chakra meditation (guided by me👋) and a sound bath from my friend Carolyn and her beautiful singing bowls.

Afterwards, we'll play around with mixing together herbs and Epsom salt to create our own soaking blend so you can pamper yourself under the Full Moon with a cleansing bath or comforting foot soak 🛁

🍫 Cacao Ceremony is a sacred space to foster gratitude and connect; with yourself, community, and the spirit of cacao. Enjoying ceremonial cacao can be incredibly healing for the heart space, and can most certainly leave you feeling joy, release, openness, and absence of fear.

One week from today I will be celebrating the Winter Solstice by hosting a cacao ceremony and orange pomander craft night with like-hearted people... and I can hardly think of a better way to welcome winter! 👏

❄️ The Winter Solstice is the recognition and celebration of the shortest day and the longest night of the year. This Solstice makes the return of the Light. From here the days will continue to grow longer, brighter, warmer until the Sun is strong enough to return life to everything in nature at the Summer Solstice.

Bring the Sun inside for its hibernation this winter with a consciously crafted pomander 🙏☀️❄️

December 20th, I am hosting a meditation where we will explore the symbolism of the Winter Solstice and prepare our inner-world for this hibernation season. I will be serving ceremonial cacao and gently guiding us through softening our heart space.

The Winter Solstice marks the time where the days begin to lengthen. I see no better way to end this heartwarming ceremony than to create a physical vessel representing the Sun that we can hang in our homes as a reminder that the Light will return.
