Fresh Milled Spelt Pancakes. Oh my these were delicious no syrup needed but if you like syrup it just takes it over the top. Pancakes are usually not my thing but hubby loves the I've just always found them too sweet even without syrup. These changed my mind. I will be keeping these in my rotation for sure.

You don't need no fancy espresso machine to make this iced mocha with 30 grams of protein. 2-3 tablespoons of your favorite instant espresso, 2 tablespoons of cocoa, a little sugar if you want it sweeter which I didn't, 1/4 cup of water to dissolve espresso and Cocoa. To your cup add the ice, bottle of the Oikios protein shake (I used the chocolate one), and whole milk (or milk of your choice then top off with your espresso mixture then enjoy 😁. You're welcome 😂.

Pizza night can't go wrong with a Fresh Milled Crust. It is so hot here my dough doubled in 20 minutes I was worried it would be over proof so I went ahead and divided the dough into bags and threw them in the fridge yesterday then took them out today. Next time I will make enough to stick in the freezer for pizza nights.

Cinnamon Rolls made from 100% Fresh Milled Einkorn. Went a little out of my comfort zone and used a wheat berry I haven't used before. The recipe needs some improving but all in all the taste was great but the texture for me wasn't great. But you don't know till you try right. So here is to getting out of your comfort zone who knows you might end up creating something wonderful.
