The process and the progress, the place a designer can get lost and forget to share along the way. A restroom that goes from drab to fab thanks to plywood paneling and some stylish fixtures is a project process that's fun to get lost in.

To make progress in the process you have to tread through the ugly to get where you want to go. Sometimes it’s taking ugly to uglier, other times it’s taking what was fine through the process to achieve better. This applies to so many parts of life but it’s always true in the interior design process. So hard to tell on this restroom update what the destination will look like but that’s half the fun.
