We repaired 8 cracks, rewelded the rake ribs that were broke loose, and pulled out several flat spots in the rake for the dredge company doing work out of fowl river and got them back on the water. Give us a shout for all of your welding and fabrication needs 251-455-4839

Before and after for this Cobia 296 main frame. We removed the broke sections of pipe and added two new aft legs for additional support and also rerouted the rigging straight up the new legs for an easier pull when adding future electronics. We also installed a boat eye 360 camera and 6 additional rod holders in the gunwales.

We fabricated a new set of tunnel guide uprights for this glacier bay trailer to extend the tunnel guides all the way aft as well as a new set of angled bunks to help with loading and to protect the boat from hitting crossmembers when initially approaching the trailer. This 21 Sportsman came in with multiple cracks and we ended up rebuilding the entire hardtop frame along with the leaning post with Anodized pipework, so no more ugly chipping away of powder coating. We went with the tried and true v-bars in the front as opposed to the original design that sportsman uses that constantly fails. This top will last much longer than the factory top.

Got a couple stainless steel crack repairs knocked out and polished up. It's important to always check the mounting hardware for you t-tops on a regular basis.
