RETIRED & SELF-EMPLOYED: A Day in the Life of a Southern Granny Boss Babe 🤣

People think retirement means sleeping late, sipping sweet tea on the porch, and living a life of leisure.

Bless their hearts. 😏

Reality check:

✔️ Desk looks like a tornado and a craft store had a baby.
✔️ Feet propped up because I’ve earned it.
✔️ Moldy oldies streaming on Alexa.
✔️ Glitter in places glitter should never be.
✔️ Half-finished shells everywhere.
✔️ Can’t find my scissors because I’m currently sitting on them.
✔️ Working harder now than I did when I had an actual boss.

The good news? I AM the boss.

The bad news? The boss is a 70-year-old granny with ADHD who gets distracted by beach treasures, Facebook comments, snack breaks, and random ideas at least 47 times a day. 🤪

But somehow orders get shipped, shells get painted, and life keeps rolling along.

Now if y’all will excuse me, Alexa just started playing Simon and Garfunkel, and the boss says it’s break time. 💃🎶🐚
