Back-to-school season has us reminiscing! 📚✨ From dorm room days to her first apartment, it’s been so much fun watching my daughter’s spaces evolve right along with her. Some of our favorite pieces from her dorm have found a new home in her apartment, proving that a few fun, thoughtfully chosen details can be repurposed and loved for years to come.

A little colorful back-to-school inspiration and a reminder that even the smallest spaces deserve a little personality! 💕

A little sneak peek at a pool house project we can’t wait to share more of! 🦪🪸🐚 From the covered pool deck and oyster shell fireplace to the outdoor kitchen, lounge area and beautifully finished pool house bath, every detail was designed with relaxed entertaining in mind.

Bay Cottage is coming together beautifully! ☀️ From bathroom tile and cabinetry to banquette seating and window benches designed to take in that incredible view of the bay, every new detail is making this home feel more complete.

We love when the smallest details make the biggest impact.🏠🌿A focal point fireplace, herringbone hardwood floors, lighting and antique wrought iron door handles bring layers of texture, character and timeless charm throughout this recent project.

While the main house is entering its finishing stages, exciting progress continues just steps away. The Bay Cottage guest house is quickly taking shape and will feature everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a living room, dining area, full kitchen, bedroom, and bath. Designed with the same thoughtful attention to detail as the main residence, this space will be the perfect retreat for family and friends.

The Bay Cottage’s porch is becoming one of our favorite spaces on the property. ✨
With the railings now installed, the architectural details are beginning to frame one of the home’s greatest features... uninterrupted views across Mobile Bay.

A little throwback before this year’s Inspiration Home is revealed next month. ✨ We were honored to be part of the 2023 Mobile Bay Magazine Inspiration Home, designing the welcoming foyer of this beautiful Spring Hill residence. From the moment guests stepped through the curved portico beneath the glow of the gas lanterns, our goal was to create an entry that felt timeless, warm, and inviting.

We’re looking forward to seeing what this year’s Inspiration Home has in store next month!

Slowly but surely, Bay Cottage is coming to life. ✨ Selections are being finalized, rooms are taking shape and each phase continues bringing more character into the home. It’s always exciting watching a vision move from mood boards into real spaces.
