This was us 1.5 years ago when we entered “The Painted Tree” December 2024. Like so many of y’all the announcement earlier this week came as a huge shock.

Since there wasn’t a Painted Tree in the Greensboro area, we know a lot of vendors (including us) traveled to Cary or Charlotte to have a space there.

Because of that, we are seriously exploring opening a boutique-style vendor marketplace—created by vendors, for vendors 🤍

Our goal is to create something closer to home, where local small businesses can thrive with a lower rent fee and more open concept.

We are currently  exploring a location in Alamance Crossing and designing a space for around 25–30 vendors.

✨ Curated, not overcrowded
✨ Boutique-style setup (not a flea market feel)
✨ Hands-on marketing + community-focused
✨ We handle checkout + daily operations

The model would include:
• Affordable monthly rent
• Small commission on sales

We’re currently gauging serious interest before moving forward and we are open to ideas or collaboration.
