These custom Braves memorial jerseys were extra special because they were created in honor of my grandfather, a true Braves fan forever. ❤️ Jayde designed these as a way to carry his memory with us and celebrate someone who meant so much to our family. From the personalized photos to the “Final Home Run” details, every part was made with love. 🕊️⚾️ Grief never really leaves, but creating meaningful pieces like this helps keep their memory alive.
