Friends, I need some input and ideas. A few years ago I was running 2-3 weeks out for order and stopped taking Christmas orders at Halloween. Now I hardly sell anything through etsy or ebay and none from fb. I stopped making runners and placemats. Crochet top towels hardly sell. Even dish scrubbies.
I make alot of baby things but have made big quilts and they don't sell. Fabric books sell but cost of fabric alone is up to $15 which is what I sell for and that doesn't include batting and many hours involved.
So please comment ideas, comments or complaints. I need to change something

Had my last craft fair of this year. So my remaining inventory will be on special price for Christmas. Real interest should contact me for details.
