Raw & Radiant

In this Northeast Portland bathroom, Sill Design brought together earthy materials, warm wood, layered textures, and unexpected pops of color to create a space that feels both grounded and playful.

The 9" Ramen Wall Sconce in Oiled Walnut adds warmth around the bathtub, complementing the custom walnut casework while creating a soft, ambient glow. The diagonal placement and dimmable lighting add another layer of flexibility to the design.

We're proud to share our latest Designer Spotlight, featuring Laurie Leonard of Alternative Business Furniture and the award-winning renovation of Central Park in Woodbury, Minnesota.

Designed as a gathering place for people of all generations, the atrium called for a lighting solution that could support comfortable co-working without taking away from the space itself. The Koncept Sobre Co-Working Light was chosen for its slim, unobtrusive design, integrated occupancy sensor, and concealed touchstrip dimmer, allowing visitors to easily adjust the light as daylight changes throughout Minnesota's shorter winter days.

A special thank you to Laurie Leonard and the team at Alternative Business Furniture, and to Erin Eneboe of e tu interiors, for sharing this project and helping bring this Designer Spotlight to life.

Wayfinding doesn't have to be an afterthought.

The Ramen Mini Wall Sconce integrates signage, room identification, and architectural lighting into a single design element. In public environments such as libraries, schools, healthcare facilities, offices, airports, and hospitality spaces, customizable laser-cut faceplates can display restroom symbols, room numbers, accessibility icons, logos, and more while providing soft indirect illumination.

Choose from Koncept's library of pre-designed graphics or submit your own custom artwork, symbols, and branding for a project-specific solution.

Thank you to the Best of NeoCon jury and everyone who has supported this launch.
