An unexpected joy as a botanical artist has been preserving wedding flowers! Such an honor. Wedding flowers are always gorgeous, and drying them in presses and creating art from them is a way to forever save the moments of that special day. Here’s one I’m about to put in the presses! What a gorgeous bouquet to work with. Can’t wait to see what becomes of it. Email [email protected] if you’d like your flowers preserved. Takes about 3 months start to finish. More than a year in the making our hearts were poured into this work. What an extreme joy to collaborate with my daughter through art. The Love Grows series was named by my daughter Nikki. It represents our relationship as mother and daughter and to promote acceptance. All of these flowers were grown in our Montauk garden, preserved in flower presses for months and then glued one by one on a wood board, hand painted between the flowers and then preserved forever in UV protectant resin. We hope you love her as much as we do! ❤️🌺🌸🌻🌼

This piece is a collaboration between Tiffany LaBanca and her daughter Nikki Fina. It is titled “Love Grows” as a representation of their loving relationship, and acceptance. It has taken more than a year to grow the flowers, press them, glue each botanical one by one and paint in between the botanicals. It’s almost finished and then will get the resin application to preserve it forever. We are honored, humbled and extremely grateful that our art was purchased yesterday by an extraordinary woman who needed love to grow in her life.
