The approval follows an eight-month review process and represents an important milestone for a project designed to help transform one of the gateways to the City of Poughkeepsie.

We are thrilled to see the project advance into its next phase and congratulate the entire consultant and development team whose collaboration helped bring it to this point.

This mixed-use multifamily project in New Paltz, NY is wrapping up.

The building includes over 60 residential units across three floors, with a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, along with more than 7,000 square feet of first-floor retail space.

We’re happy to be completing another project with Baxter and look forward to seeing this space serve the New Paltz community.
