After several doctor's visits, nerve testing and a painful few weeks we were told that Cotton has Carpal Tunnel in both hands and his right elbow. Next in line is to see Dr. Turkish at the Houston Clinic in Montgomery for evaluation.

Looking forward to the start of a new 6-series session of art classes. We paint from live set-ups, photos, etc. No, this is not a life-drawing/painting class, nor is it for portraiture. This is for everyone - beginner to intermediate to advanced in their art journey. I wish I had a dollar for every time I have heard, "I can't draw a stick man." Well, my reply is, "Why would you want to draw a stick man?" I assure you will come away with a new perspective (literally and physically) on creating art. It is fun to push paint around. Hope to see you Wednesday.

I have some information on this page that is wrong. I will begin a second series of Oil Painting Classes beginning Wednesday, January 22. Six sessions with possibility of extending them, if interested. As weather warms we may start a Plein Air Oil Painting Session.

This is my painting at Ann Freeman's farm during Craig Reynolds' workshop. This one came together in about 1.5 hours. Wish they all would be so forthcoming.
