It’s State Fair time!!!
The theme this year is “Garden Party Glam” which can clearly be interpreted in so many ways.
We were required to make a “floral couture hat” and then our own design based on the theme.
When I heard what the theme was, I immediately thought of Carmen Miranda and Chiquita Banana.
And what’s a garden party, well any party, without a martini!? Well a little snafu with the forgotten cup of the Martini glass but was able to make it look “complete” enough for judging.
Here’s to a great competition, like minded humans, and an amazing challenge.
