F/T CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – SERVICE DEPARTMENT

Seeking an individual with customer service experience to join our team in Monticello, New York.

The position includes accurate typing and heavy phone interaction with customers by assisting them with technical & service related questions, data entry, working on reports & scheduling technicians. Will also provide additional assistance as needed.

Skills: Customer service experience preferred. Strong communication, courteous and professional manner. Ability to multi-task and be comfortable on the phones, as well as experience with Word and Excel.

Hours: Monday – Friday
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
