Limelight 🍋‍🟩 ☀️

I’ve been doing a lot of research on color design with flowers, and am loving the creative freedom The Petalstone House gives me (plus the fun vases to work with!)

My queen lime zinnias are putting on quite a show recently, and I love how they contrast with my purple flowers shades in bouquets!

The best part is that guests can enjoy these blooms each time they book with The Petalstone House knowing they are coming directly from our sustainable farm, and with intention behind the design.

Field wrap-up pre-vacay!

While it might look strange, I spent time this morning covering as many of the dahlia buds as I could to ensure bug-free blooms without using pesticides. I like to do this while I am away for more than two days. You’ll also see some questionable corral-ing with tw**e, as I’ve noticed the winds have picked up. These beauties needed a bit more support too!

I’ll have to wait over a week to see how much everything has grown, bloomed and nestled into its newly supported space. Follow up pics to come!

We've got a couple of spots left in this month's flower share.

Choose your pickup:
📍 Steuben Brewing, Keuka Lake — Thursday, August 6th, and Thursday, August 20th. 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM.
📍 Nouveau Flower Farm, Dundee — Monday, August 10th and Monday, August 24th. 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM.

Every member gets a personal visit with Holly and a full flower care guide — because meeting the grower behind your blooms is part of what makes them special. It's a small weekly ritual: slow down, breathe in the season, walk away with an armful of flowers.
