Hello to my friends, followers, and clients!. I have decided to drop the hammer and move south. I will be downsizing the inventory prior to my relocation and will be available to anyone who would like to browse the inventory and help me to reduce it's volume. Deals are to be had! Please feel free to message or call me at 717-891-9164 to set an appointment. This would probably be the best way as I expect to be here sporadically for the following weeks due to house hunting and the transition. I have enjoyed my time here in Montrose and the people that I have met; I will miss it profoundly. My best to everyone and hope to see you all before my journey south to NC begins!

Good Day to my friends, those who follow the shoppe, and those who have visited my shoppe before. I'm recovering from knee surgery, but am at the point that I can open The Curiosity Shoppe again. I'm working on the decorations right now, as well as adding some new items that have been in storage. I plan on being open weekends until Christmas, and on the spur of the moment Fridays as well. Stop in for a truly unique gift giving experience this season; make someone's day with something cool and interesting, perhaps a treasure from the past!
I've recently added a banner to the street side of the shoppe to make locating me a little easier. Hope to see you soon!

Good Evening to my friends, clients, and followers! I trust that all had a safe, healthy, and festive Thanksgiving. It's again, that time of year when gift giving comes to mind. The Shoppe will attempt to be open for those that want or need to shop for something unique from the past. I had to have major knee surgery last week and am not yet fully ambulatory, but I'm going to try to work around my inability to be fully mobile. Keep an eye out for the flag and/or sign here on Grow Avenue in Montrose. OR, you can call ahead anytime you'd like to visit. My cell phone is 717-891-9164.

Good Evening to all! Well, it's been a very interesting year so far and we have all had our setbacks.It's time to get back on the pony; and get back in touch with my followers and clients. I've done a new layout for the shoppe and have to work in the many finds that I've acquired over the last few months from estate sales. I'll be adding more cast iron, vintage and antique wall decor, and vintage cookie jars; to name a few. I also have a nice assortment of Eastlake & Victorian Era furniture if you enjoy the style; some is on premise and more in storage. Let me know if you're interested in something in particular. I'll be posting some pics shortly. My new hours will be THURSDAYS 11 AM to 5 PM and SATURDAYS 11 AM to 5 PM. Watch for the flag and sign. As always, chance openings and you can always call me at 717-891-9164 to arrange other times to visit. I'll be happy to turn on the lights (if I'm in town)! I hope that everyone is safe and well!

Good Day to my friends, clients, and followers! So, we are to move from 'red' to 'yellow' this coming Friday; a VERY small step in our return to normalcy here in NEPA. I have received numerous inquiries regarding the reopening of The Curiosity Shoppe in light of the 'move'. I've done some asking around, and as it turns out, IF the shopkeeper and client(s) are practicing social distancing, wearing masks, and a business can offer curb service, for all intents and purposes, I can open. So, all of that said, this weekend, May 23 & 24, will be the first time this year that I will host visitors. Hours will be 10 AM to around 4 PM. There's lots of new stuff and I've given the Shoppe a new look. Stop in, say 'hello', and browse! Thanks for your patience and understanding!
