Sad news for those who loved these patterns. My favorites were vogue and butterick!

This is devastating news, but unfortunately not surprising.
Posted • The legacy sewing pattern brands Simplicity, Butterick, McCalls, and Vogue, commonly referred to as the Big 4, have been sold to a liquidator. UK-based IG Design Group has sold its US division to Hilco, the same liquidator that worked with the Joann bankruptcy, for $1 plus 75% of any proceeds Hilco generates from sales of its brands.
