Above Board Flooring and Restoration is committed to our clients and Staff, we will remain open and provide services to our community, as we offer essential needs due to various issues that can arise in your home i.e. Water Damage, Drywall, Painting Issues, Shower leaks that require a new shower installed. We also provide very affordable crawl space encapsulation services.
With COVID-19 evolving daily, we are continually evaluating what we must do to meet the needs of our customers while also keeping our community and employees safe. We have made the decision to remain open and operate under normal business hours as our services are exempt from the NC Stay at Home Order.
We will continue to conduct free in-home estimates, installations and painting services while working to create a safe working environment through constant disinfecting using a product approved to kill all viruses, social distancing and employee education and monitoring. We remain committed to work hard with our vendor partners to ensure on time installations.
Happy to report all of our distributors are still operational and able to deliver our products on time.
We will be servicing our clients in the following manner:
Promoting Social Distancing – Our clients will be offered a one on one basis private showroom appointments which will be them only in our showroom for product selection if they choose to come in to view our expansive product lines. We will be keeping our door locked except for clients who have arranged a private session in our showroom, simply call 704-746-1311 OR 704-230-8585.
Providing our clients with Shop at Home Opportunities – If you have an idea of the type of materials you are looking for please call in prior to your scheduled home estimate to be sure we have this product in our vehicle at the time of your estimate. This will allow you to shop from the comfort of your home and avoid contact with other individuals. Rest assured only the OWNERS of Above Board Flooring and Restoration will be coming to your home, Tamara Linford and/or Andrew Linford to measure and provide your estimate, which we personally are following all CDC guidelines and will wear gloves and masks for our clients protection, also being the owners would never put any client at risk if presumed to be sick ourselves.
Drop Off Samples – Sales staff are now making house calls to drop samples off at your front door. We can also have samples mailed directly to you from our manufacturer.
DIY Opportunities – Now is the perfect time to tackle that do it yourself project. Simply order material CASH and CARRY We will deliver it to your home for you to tackle the project yourself.

We are happy to announce Above Board Flooring is Virus Free via CDC requirements due to anything you may touch at our Showroom as of March 15, 2020🙂
We have made it a “MUST” with our employee Sherria Dover to make this happen daily until further notice.
