This cake will be your new favorite! 🍫🍰🥜
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 4 oz German chocolate, melted
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients.
6. Fold in the pecans, shredded coconut, and melted German chocolate.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top.
8. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
